deposit information
- We require a non-refundable deposit per pet for our boarding:
- Between $25-$30 for the first pet and $20-$25 for each additional pet.
- This deposit will be applied to your pet’s stay or will remain as a credit on your account if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your stay.
- Deposits will be forfeited if cancelation is not made within the designated time frames.
- Holiday boarding deposits require a five (5) business day notification of cancellation.
- RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE.
- For now, you can call to make payment over the phone or we can email you an invoice. Both ways we will send a confirmation.
